Belobo Steve moved one higher with 6 goals oat the MTN Elite One championship after his goal against Fauve Azur over the weekend.
The group B encounter between two mid-table sides had a lot of sub plots to the main story, and one of them was the return of Junior Kaaba with a goal.
Junior Kaaba returned with a goal to his account after spending some months with Ghanaian club, Hearts of Oak where he did not score a single competitive goal.
Kaaba opened the scoring two minutes before the half hour mark but his goal was wiped out by an ‘on fire’ Steve Belobo to make it one-all.
There is no house on fire for the both sides who are momentarily out of danger. YAFOOT are placed 5th with 15 points on the log, while Fauve Azur are on the 7th position in group B with 14 points.
Up next for Fauve Azur is an away game against Apejes. YAFOOT, meanwhile, will look to continue her fine form against group leaders Bamboutos FC, over the weekend.
