Cameroon international midfielder Martin Hongla has joined Spanish side Real Valladolid. From Italian Series A club Hellas Verona on loan, with a conditional purchase obligation in 2021 which the club later activated.
Martin started his football journey in Spain, passing through Granada and Barcelona B team. And later on joined the Ukrainian side FC Karpaty Lviv for a stint. And Royal Antwerp FC in Belgium, then joined Verona in 2021.
The multi-dimension player holds ten caps in all competitions for Hellas Verona this season. And now joined Real Valladolid , 17th occupant of Liga, with 20 points from 19 games.
He has represented Cameroon in all the various categories . And was part of the lndomitable lions expedition winning team, at the 2017 AFCON in Gabon. And lastly participated in the just ended 22 edition of the Qatar World Cup.
