53-year-old Former Union Sportive of Douala head coach, Richard Towa has part ways with the Indian division one side Gokulam Kerala FC.
The information was officially made public, on Monday, December 26,2022.
The gaffer joined the Malabarian club on July 5,2022, in replacement of two time I-League winner Vincenzo Alberto Annese.
He seized from being the team’s trainer,following his unsatisfactory performance. Gokulam Kerala FC has won four games, with two defeats and three draws in the ongoing I-League.
The UEFA PRO License holder from Germany, is a former player of the Cameroon national football team, with thirteen appearances.
He spent most of his playing career in the second division of the German Bundesliga.
Towa has coached different first-division clubs in Cameroon, before going international. He joined the senior men’s team of Cameroon, as a member of the technical staff in the 2016-17 season. And later on, headed the under-23 national selection for three years.
